Can I get manual free shipping?

How long does standard shipping take?
We dispatch within two business days from Truganina (no Sunday dispatch). From there, standard delivery is usually about three to four days to metro and suburban areas such as Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, and can take up to around ten days for some rural locations.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes—Australian PO boxes and street addresses are both fine wherever our carrier accepts them. If checkout ever rejects an address, contact us and we will help you complete the order manually.
How do I track my order?
When your parcel leaves our warehouse you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where the carrier provides it. If nothing arrives within a couple of business days after dispatch, check your spam folder or reach out with your order details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within seven days of delivery with a short description and clear photos of the outer packaging and affected items. We will work through a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law and our published guarantee.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email or call as soon as you notice a mistake. If the order has not left our warehouse we can usually update the address. Once it is with the carrier you may need to use their redirection tools where available, which can attract a fee.
