Start with half a teaspoon a day for a week. Most adults then use 1 teaspoon (about 2 to 3 grams) once or twice a day if it sits well. Take it with food.

Leaf powder is widely eaten as food. Skip it if you are on blood thinners unless your GP agrees. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on prescription medication, ask your healthcare provider first. Neer is not a doctor.

Use about 2 to 3 times the amount you would use fresh. Fry them in hot oil or ghee at the start of the pan. That is when the smell comes through.
