Moringa, curry leaf, tea and order questions

It is 100% Moringa oleifera leaf powder from our own farm, with no fillers. We grow, harvest, sun-dry and manufacture it, arrange testing in Australia, and pack it in Truganina.

Start with half a teaspoon a day for a week. Most adults then use 1 teaspoon (about 2 to 3 grams) once or twice a day if it sits well. Take it with food.

Leaf powder is widely eaten as food. Skip it if you are on blood thinners unless your GP agrees. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on prescription medication, ask your healthcare provider first. I'm not a doctor, so please check with yours.

Drying softens the aroma, so use a little more than you would fresh and taste as you go. Fry them in hot oil or ghee at the start of the pan. That is when the smell comes through.

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup. Water at 85 to 90°C, not a rolling boil. Steep 3 to 5 minutes. Plain, or with a splash of milk and honey.
