Shipping and returns

Orders leave Truganina. Free standard shipping on Australian orders of $49 and over, and worldwide on $90 and over.

Dispatch

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for same-day Melbourne dispatch. If you think your order should receive free shipping, call +61 438 201 419 and we can process it for you.

Timing after dispatch

Melbourne metro is often 1 to 3 business days. Other metro areas typically 3 to 4 days. Some rural locations take up to 10 days.

Tracking

When the parcel leaves the warehouse you should get a confirmation email with tracking, if the carrier provides it. If nothing arrives within a couple of business days after dispatch, check spam or email us with your order details.

Returns

7 days from delivery, unopened packs only. Original shipping costs are not refunded. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the item.
