What it is
100% loose leaf Darjeeling black tea, grown in the hill district of Darjeeling, West Bengal. Expect a lighter body than Assam-based breakfast teas, a floral aroma and the grape-like muscatel note Darjeeling is known for, especially brewed below boiling.
How to brew
- One cup: 2g, 85–90°C, 3–4 min
- Teapot (1L): 8g, 85–90°C, 3–5 min
- With milk: 3g, 90–95°C, 4–5 min
- Iced: 4g in 150ml hot water, 4 min, then pour over ice
