What it is
Hot oil or ghee at the start of the pan. That is when the smell kicks in. Works in dals, sambar, and most South Indian dishes.

We grow and harvest the leaves on our farm, dry them carefully, then pack them in Truganina.
Storage and shelf life
Keep sealed in a dry environment away from humidity. Use within 18 months after opening.
