Base serve: 1 level teaspoon moringa powder (about 2g) in 60ml warm water. Stir 20 to 30 seconds. Drink. Start with ½ teaspoon if the grassy note is loud.

- 60ml warm water (boil, then wait about 2 minutes; do not pour boiling water straight onto the powder)
- Optional: juice of ¼ lemon
- Optional: 1 thin slice fresh ginger
- Optional: ½ tsp honey
- Add powder to a small glass.
- Pour warm water. Stir 20 to 30 seconds.
- Add lemon, ginger, or honey if using. Drink straight away.
You can premix lemon and ginger water for 1 to 2 days. Stir the powder in fresh each time. Do not leave mixed powder sitting overnight.
